Cleaner containers, both in the infeed and exit sides!
Container cleaning before filling
The blow cleaning method is required in the case of glass bottles or jars which are often soiled with particles.
This system is composed of a turret used to turn the bottles upside down and blow or suck out the particles inside.
Electrostatic charges may also be eliminated in order to render cleaning of the inside of the bottles even more effective.
Clean containers on the exit side
Just a few drops of oil running down the side of the container and the consumer will avoid your products on the shelf. It is therefore essential to guarantee the highest level of cleanliness for your filling process.
Several factors help guarantee clean filling:
- The fluidity during transfer of uncapped containers.
- Filling nozzles with flow properties adapted to the filling of edible oils (closing without splashing, laminar flow, retention of droplets with a capillary action)
- Careful capping to avoid crushing the neck.
