Nitrogen system

To render transfer, handling and storage of containers easier, a nitrogen system is used to reinforce the solidity of your containers.

When changing from a liquid state to a gaseous state in contact with the air, a drop of nitrogen expands up to 700 times. 

The addition of an accurate nitrogen injection system between the filling and the capping stations enables reinforcement of container stability due to pressurisation.

The dosage may be easily adjusted during operation via a control element on the supervision screen.
